Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories), Canada and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to other countries.
WHERE ORDERS SHIP FROM
Plus Size Clothing works with partner suppliers. Most orders ship from our supplier warehouse in California. Some items ship directly from our suppliers overseas, including China. Orders shipped from overseas typically take 16 business days to arrive and may arrive in a separate package.
DELIVERY TIMES – UNITED STATES (orders shipped from California)
Standard shipping: 6–12 business days
Priority shipping: 4–5 business days
The day the order ships does not count as a shipping day. Hawaii and Alaska orders ship via USPS and may take an extra day.
DELIVERY TIMES – CANADA AND UNITED KINGDOM
Typically 6–15 business days. Orders shipped from overseas may take longer.
CARRIERS
US orders ship via UPS or USPS whenever possible. A common carrier may be used in special cases.
FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $75 delivered to the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada and the United Kingdom are charged shipping at checkout.
TRACKING
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please tell us about any package that hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (CANADA AND UK)
Customs fees, import duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Customs may occasionally delay delivery.
