Refund policy
RETURN WINDOW
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. This applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Underwear, lingerie and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email info@plus-size-clothing.com or call 407-633-7736 before sending anything. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and send you the correct return address. Return addresses depend on where your item shipped from. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
We'll email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@plus-size-clothing.com.
